This Venus Rising Statue is affectionately known as "The First Lady of Wolcott." She is 112 years old and resides in the center of the Village of Wolcott, New York, in Wayne County, Finger Lakes region. She is on the National Register of Historic Places. She is the beloved patroness of the village's center.

Our Lady of Woodstock Blesses the Upstate Hamlet and Can Be Visited Just Off the Roadside Day and Night. Enjoy a holy moment in the presence of Our Lady of Woodstock. She exudes unconditional love, compassion, and healing. Her grotto is a wonderfully peaceful place. There are benches where you can sit for contemplation. Her shrine is open to anyone, any time. I saw her in the sunshine and then spent a few quiet moments with her in the rain. This shrine was created on the side of the Road by Clark Strand and Perdita Finn, authors of The Way of the Rose. They wanted to give the public a way to connect with her in person.
